Ingredients 3 Brook Trout 1 tablespoon cooking oil 1 Leek 3 stalks of rosemary White Wine Sauce 3 ounces White Wine 1 teaspoon thyme 1 teaspoon garlic pepper Directions 1. Rub a tablespoon of cooking oil onto the cavities and outside of three brook trout. 2. Slice up the leek and place some of the leek into each of the cavities of the fish. 3. Place a stalk of rosemary onto each of the three fish. 4. Place White Wine sauce on the cooked Rosemary trout. Ingredients Wild Rice Manoomin ½ Package Shredded Cabbage 1 C Pineapple Chunks 1/3 Cup Sugar 1/4 C Sunflower Oil 1/2 Lemon, Squeezed 2 Tbs Jarred garlic 2 Tbs Red wine vinegar 2 Tbs soy sauce 1 C Cherry De-Lite Dried Cherry Morsels Directions 1. Cook one package of Wild Rice Manoomin from the Oneida Market according to the package directions. 2. Place Wild Rice Manoomin in a dish. Mix in Shredded Cabbage and Pineapple Chunks. 3. Ingredients 4 large Catfish filets 1 C Milk ½ C Flour ½ C White Cornmeal ½ C Yellow Cornmeal 1 T Citrus Twist 1 T Sage 1 T Thyme 2 T Cooking Oil Cast Iron Pan Directions Soak Catfish filets in milk. Mix together white and yellow cornmeal, flour, citrus twist, sage and thyme. Coat catfish filets in cornmeal mixture. Coat cast iron pan with cooking oil. Place breaded filets in pan. Ingredients Mushrooms (Stems Removed) 24 oz Whipped Cream Cheese 1 C chopped green onions 1 C Shredded Smoked Salmon Mushroom Stems, chopped Cedar Plank (soaked) Directions Put cream cheese, green onions, smoked salmon and mushroom stems in a bowl.
