Wild Rice Manoomin
½ Package Shredded Cabbage
1 C Pineapple Chunks
1/3 Cup Sugar
1/4 C Sunflower Oil
1/2 Lemon, Squeezed
2 Tbs Jarred garlic
2 Tbs Red wine vinegar
2 Tbs soy sauce
1 C Cherry De-Lite Dried Cherry Morsels
1. Cook one package of Wild Rice Manoomin from the Oneida Market according to the package directions.
2. Place Wild Rice Manoomin in a dish. Mix in Shredded Cabbage and Pineapple Chunks.
3. In a small bowl, mix the Sugar, Sunflower Oil, Lemon Juice, Garlic, Red Wine Vinegar and Soy Sauce together. Pour over the Wild Rice Mixture.
4. Mix in Cherry Morsels.
5. Serve this salad cold with your favorite grilled entrée!
