1 Lb Hamburger
1 Cup Red Onions
1/2 Lb Cooked Cubed Pork
1 T Mad Dog & Merrill's Gramma Hazel's Signature Seasoning
1/2 C Mad Dog & Merrill's Da Works Brat 'N Burger Sauce
1/2 C Mad Dog & Merrill's Hickory Premium BBQ Sauce
2 T Worcestershire
1 T Hot sauce
2 T Grill'n Magic Premium Seasoning
Bacon Fest Cheese
1. Place hamburger, red onions and cubed pork into a cast iron skillet.
2. Cook and stir until hamburger is cooked through.
3. Drain the hamburger grease.
4. Add the Da Works, Hickory BBQ, Worcestershire, Hot Sauce and Grilling Magic. Mix together and return to the grill until heated thoroughly.
5. Serve with Bacon Fest Cheese over buns, or like Mad Dog did, use it to fill Yukon Potato Boats!
