Ingredients 10 oz. Kale 20 oz. Broccoli 1 Zucchini 15 oz. Cherry Tomato’s ½ a Cabbage Kale Salad Dressing (recipe follows) Directions In a large mixing bowl place in the Kale and cherry tomatoes. Cut up the broccoli and place into bowl. Cut up a Zucchini into small pieces and put into the bowl. Cut up ½ of a cabbage and put it into the bowl. Kale Salad DressingIngredients ½ cup oil 2 tablespoons Jarred Garlic 1 Lime ½ cup honey 1 tablespoon Citrus Twist Premium Seasoning/Rub Directions In a jar add ½ a cup of oil. Scoop 2 tablespoons of Jarred Garlic into the Jar. Squeeze the juice of lime into the Jar. Add ½ a cup of honey to the jar. Add a tablespoon of Citrus Twist to the Jar. Take the jar and shake it up. Ingredients 2 Brook Trout 2 Lemons 1 tsp Healthy Harvest Premium Rub (Sodium Free) Seasoning 6-8 slices of bacon Directions White Wine Sauce 3 ounces White Wine 1 teaspoon thyme 1 teaspoon garlic pepper 1. Take a wet hickory plank and place it onto the table. 2. Place Two Brook Trout on the hickory plank and butterfly them. 3. Squeeze half a lemons juice onto them. 4. Sprinkle a teaspoon of Healthy Harvest in the trout’s cavity. 5. Wrap the trout up in three to four slices of hickory bacon. 6. Place 7 lemon slices onto the board; place the trout on them. 7.
