Bacon Wrapped Trout

Ingredients
2 Brook Trout
2 Lemons
1 tsp Healthy Harvest Premium Rub (Sodium Free) Seasoning
6-8 slices of bacon
Directions
White Wine Sauce
​3 ounces White Wine
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon garlic pepper
1.  Take a wet hickory plank and place it onto the table.
2.  Place Two Brook Trout on the hickory plank and butterfly them.
3.  Squeeze half a lemons juice onto them.
4.  Sprinkle a teaspoon of Healthy Harvest in the trout’s cavity.
5.   Wrap the trout up in three to four slices of hickory bacon.
6.   Place 7 lemon slices onto the board; place the trout on them.
7.   Place on a good hot heat on the grill
8.   Mix White Wine Sauce ingredients together and place the white wine sauce on top of the cooked
trout.

Ingredients
Golden Homes Protein Pizza Crusts
Marshmallow Cream
Peanut Butter
Chocolate Chips
Lemon Girl Scout Cookies
​Directions
1. Spread Marshmallow Cream over pizza crusts. 
2. Spread peanut butter over the marshmallow cream.
3. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
4. For variety, crush lemon Girl Scouts and use instead of chocolate chips.
5. Bake over medium heat 5-8 minutes.

Garlic Pepper pig Candy

Ingredients
1 lb thick sliced bacon
1/2 C Garlic Pepper Premium Seasoning/Rub
Directions
1. Coat bacon with Garlic Pepper Premium Seasoning/Rub. 
2. Grill using indirect heat for 20 minutes. Serve this crispy treat on Covid Quesadillas.

​The Sweet Version

1 lb thick sliced bacon
1/2 C Brown Sugar
Directions
1. Coat bacon with Brown Sugar.
2. Grill using indirect heat for 20 minutes.

Sautéed Onions and Peppers

Ingredients
1 Teaspoon Sunflower Oil
½ Red Onion
½ cup Garlic
½ Green Pepper
1 tablespoon Red Pepper Flakes
​Directions
In a sauce pan drizzle in your sunflower oil.
Dice up your red onion, garlic, and green pepper.
Place these vegetables along with red pepper flakes into the pan and lightly Sautee.

​Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients
¼ Cup White Wine
½ Cup butter
1 tablespoon of Jarred Garlic
4 garlic Gloves
Squeeze of Lemon
6 stalks of fresh basil
16 ounces Sliced Mushrooms
8 ounces Heavy Cream
1 teaspoon Citrus Twist Premium Seasoning/Rub 
3 Dashes of Tabasco Sauce
​Directions
In a Dutch oven pour in your white wine.
Add in your stick of butter, jarred garlic, and garlic cloves.
Squeeze in a lemon and drop the whole thing into the mixture.
Place 6 stalks of basil and 8 ounces of mushrooms.
Pour in 8 ounces of heavy cream and the last of the mushrooms on top of the heavy cream.
Sprinkle on your citrus twist and your tobacco sauce.
Add the lid onto the oven and place onto grill.

Bologna Rub

Ingredients
6 ½ Pound Bologna
½ cup coffee
1 tablespoon Garlic Pepper Premium Seasoning/Rub 
1/3 cup Mad Dog & Merrill's Hickory Premium BBQ Sauce
1 tablespoon Worchester sauce
8-10 big drops hot sauce
​Directions
1. Slow cook 6 ½ pounds of bologna at 225 degrees, for an hour to an hour and a half.
2. Double brew a half cup of coffee and put it into a mason jar.
3. Add a tablespoon of garlic pepper to the mix.
4. Pour out 1/3 cup of hickory barbeque.
5. Add a single tablespoon of Worchester sauce.
6. Pour about 8-10 drops of hot sauce.
7. Shake up in the mason jar.
8. Slobber it onto the Bologna
