Full Pack 6 lb. Full Side Belly Pork Spare Ribs
2 Tablespoons of Worcestershire Sauce
2 Tablespoons of Honey
1/2 Cup of Mad Dog & Merrill Midwest Grill'n Spicy Premium BBQ Sauce
Pork Spare Ribs Rub (recipe follows)
Take the Pork Spare Ribs Rub and add it to the ribs heavily. (recipe follows)
Put on a good hot grill. Brown the ribs up.
Take the ribs off the grill. Place on a piece of tinfoil.
Splash Worchester sauce over the ribs.
Drizzle honey over the ribs
Drizzle spicy barbeque sauce over the ribs.
Fold the tinfoil up and over the ribs. Place inside oven. Place in oven at 350 degrees for one hour OR back on the grill for an hour indirect heat.
