1 # Wisconsin Red Potatoes
1/2 C Mad Dog & Merrill's Certified Organic Sunflower Oil
1/4 C Healthy Harvest Premium Rub (Sodium Free)
1 C Sliced Onions
1 C Bacon, Cooked and Chopped
1. Place a Cast Iron Skillet onto the grill.
2. Quarter potatoes and add to skillet. Drizzle with Sunflower Oil and Healthy Harvest.
3. Grill 15 minutes turning occasionally.
4. Add sliced onions and bacon.
5. Continue to turn and stir for about 15 to 25 minutes until potatoes and onions are nice and brown.
