Ingredients Lamb Chops Shrimp Citrus Twist Premium Seasoning/Rub (Sodium Free) Squeezed Orange Juice Jarred Garlic Directions 1. Rub sunflower oil on both sides of the four lamb chops. 2. Season using 1 tablespoon of Citrus Twist. 3. Squeeze ¼ of an orange over the top of the lamb chops. 4. Rub 2 tablespoons jarred garlic over the top of the lamb chop. 5. Ingredients Lamb Steak 1/4 C Oil 2 Tbsp Mad Dog & Merrill's Gramma Hazel's Signature Seasoning 1/4 C Mad Dog & Merrill's #One Premium BBQ Sauce 2 Tbsp Mint Sauce Directions 1. Coat lamb steak with cooking oil and Gramma Hazel's. 2. Grill 4-5 minutes per side until medium rare. A meat thermometer should read 140 degrees. 3. Mix #One BBQ Sauce and Mint Sauce together.
