2 Pounds Caribou Meat
1/2 C Certified Organic Sunflower Oil
1/2 C Worcestershire Sauce
2 Tbsp Gramma Hazel's Signature Seasoning
2 Tsp Garlic Pepper Premium Seasoning/Rub
2 C Sliced Mushrooms
2 C Sliced Onions
1 C Red wine
Brown Gravy Mix
1/2 C Hickory BBQ Sauce
1. Place Caribou chunks, 1/4 C sunflower oil, Worcestershire, Gramma Hazel's and Garlic Pepper in one skillet. Stir and Grill until tender.
2. Place mushrooms, onions and remaining 1/4 C sunflower oil in another skillet. Stir and grill until tender.
3. Mix together Caribou, mushrooms and onions into one skillet. Add red wine, packet of brown gravy mix and Hickory BBQ Sauce. Cook until thick and bubbly.
