The Backstory:
​Mad Dog was on his third brat of the day when Merrill wandered over holding a bag of cheese puffs and a spark of chaos in his eyes.
“You think we could put these… in the burger?” he said.

Mad Dog looked at him like he’d just invented fire. The rest is beefy, crunchy, cherry-fueled history.
What You’ll Need:
  • 1.5 lbs ground beef (use the kind with personality—fat is flavor, folks)
  • 2 cups crushed cheese puffs (the neon orange kind your inner child cries over)
  • Cherry Salsa – sweet, zippy, and a little wild
  • Sliced black olives
  • Dried cherries (for surprise sweetness and chew)
  • Spanish onions (thinly sliced)
  • Toasted onion cheese – yes, that’s a thing, and yes, it’s magical
 Instructions for Flavor Glory:
  1. Mix the Madness: In a bowl, combine beef, cheese puffs, salsa, olives, and a handful of dried cherries. Don’t overmix—you’re not making meatloaf.
  2. Form those patties: Nice and thick. You want them hefty enough to make your guests question their life choices.

  • 40 Day Aged Rib Steak
  • Black Angus Steak
Directions
  • Reverse Sear your choice of steak.
  • Place steak on a Cedar Plank
  • Set the Pit Boss to 325 degrees.
  • Bring your steak to 125 degrees then sear off.
  • Remove from planks to get a nice sear on.

  • Tomahawk Steak
  • 1/4 C Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Hot Sauce
  • 1 Lemon Squeezed
  • 1/4 C Garlic
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Up Nort Peppery
Directions
  • Stab with fork on both sides
  • Reverse Sear: Grill at 200 Degrees, get within 5-10 degrees of target temperature and sear it up.
  • Top with Garlic Steak Sauce

  • Beef Short Ribs Whole
  • 1 C Brown Sugar
  • 1 C MDM Spicy BBQ Sauce
  • 2 oz Rum
  • 1 Fresh Squeezed Lime
  • 1 Tbsp Jamaican Oof Dah
Directions
  • Cut ribs into strips.
  • Grill, direct method on the MHP.
  • High Heat
  • Sear 3 minutes each side.
  • Place in pan with remaining ingredients and slow cook.
