Country Style Ribs

Ingredients
Country Style Ribs
Country Style Ribs Rub
Directions
​Place 4 ribs inside a Ziploc bag . 
Add 1 ½ cups of the Country Style Ribs Rub to the bag. 
Mix the Rub together with the ribs.
Grill direct, low heat, stop when they are 145 degrees, about 45 minutes.
Move the Ribs to the side without heat for the indirect style of cooking.
Baste on the ribs Sauce and cook an additional 15-20 minutes.

Beef With Steak Sauce

Ingredients
Beef Roast
Sunflower Oil
Jarred Garlic
Healthy Harvest Premium Rub (Sodium Free)
Mad Dog & Merrill's Gramma Hazel's Signature Seasoning
Directions
1. Pound the three pieces of beef down on the
board.
2. Rub 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil on them
3. Put 1 tablespoons of jarred garlic on them
4. Put 1 tablespoon of Healthy Harvest seasoning
5. Put 1 tablespoon of Grandma Hazels Seasoning
6. Place beef onto the maple plank
7. Put onto grill and cook until 140 degrees
8. Mix together steak sauce ingredients and place on beef when finished cooking. 
Steak Sauce
​1/3 C Midwest Steak Sauce
1 T Worcestershire Sauce
2 T Jarred Garlic

sweet and sour meatballs

Ingredients
1 pkg No Name Meatballs
1/2 C Apple cider vinegar
1 C Mad Dog & Merrill's #One Premium BBQ Sauce
1/2 C Sun Drop Soda
1/4 C Dill pickle juice
1 Tbsp Tabasco Sauce
1 can Pineapple chunks
1 C Pineapple juice
1/2 C Cornstarch
Directions
1. Grill meatballs until hot and browned. 
2. Mix together apple cider vinegar, #One BBQ Sauce, Sun Drop Soda, pickle juice and Tabasco Sauce in a cast iron skillet. Bring to a simmer. 
3. Combine pineapple juice and cornstarch. Slowly stir into apple cider vinegar and allow to thicken. 
4. Add pineapple chunks and meatballs to the mixture. 
5. Serve hot!

Sweet and Sour Burgers

​Ingredients
No Name Steakhouse Burgers
1 C Apple cider vinegar
1/4 C Soy sauce
3 Tbsp Citrus Twist Seasoning
1 C Mad Dog & Merrill's Da Works Brat 'N Burger Sauce
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
Juice of 1/2 Lime
1 C Brown sugar 
1 C Pineapple Juice
1/2 C Cornstarch
Mini peppers tops cut off
1/3 C Cooking Oil
Pineapple slices
Buns
​Directions
1. Grill No Name Steakhouse Burgers to your desired doneness. 
2. Mix together the apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, 2 Tbsp citrus twist, Da Works, lemon and lime juice and brown sugar in a cast iron skillet. Grill until hot and bubbly. Mix pineapple juice and cornstarch together. Slowly add to the sauce and mix and stir as it thickens. 
3. In a plastic bag, mix the mini peppers, cooking oil and citrus twist. Place directly on the grill and cook until soft. 
4. Grill pineapple just long enough to sear. 
5. Assemble burgers, pineapple, peppers and sauce on a bun.

Ingredients
1 Lb Hamburger
1 Cup Red Onions
1/2 Lb Cooked Cubed Pork
1 T Mad Dog & Merrill's Gramma Hazel's Signature Seasoning
1/2 C Mad Dog & Merrill's Da Works Brat 'N Burger Sauce
1/2 C Mad Dog & Merrill's Hickory Premium BBQ Sauce
2 T Worcestershire
1 T Hot sauce
2 T Grill'n Magic Premium Seasoning
Bacon Fest Cheese
Directions
1. Place hamburger, red onions and cubed pork into a cast iron skillet. 
2. Cook and stir until hamburger is cooked through.
3. Drain the hamburger grease. 
4. Add the Da Works, Hickory BBQ, Worcestershire, Hot Sauce and Grilling Magic. Mix together and return to the grill until heated thoroughly. 
5. Serve with Bacon Fest Cheese over buns, or like Mad Dog did, use it to fill Yukon Potato Boats!
