Ingredients 4 - ¼ inch slices of grilled bologna 2 slices packaged ham 6 slices bacon 4 slices cheese Mustard Hamburger buns Directions 1. Cut Grilled Bologna into ¼ of an inch-wide pieces. 2. Put it back on the grill for a couple minutes. 3. Put a slice of ham on each . 4. Put three slices of bacon on each bologna slice. 5. Put two slices of cheese on each bologna slice. 6. Put back on on grill for a few minutes to melt the cheese. Take off grill and put onto a bun. Ingredients 4 large Catfish filets 1 C Milk ½ C Flour ½ C White Cornmeal ½ C Yellow Cornmeal 1 T Citrus Twist 1 T Sage 1 T Thyme 2 T Cooking Oil Cast Iron Pan Directions Soak Catfish filets in milk. Mix together white and yellow cornmeal, flour, citrus twist, sage and thyme. Coat catfish filets in cornmeal mixture. Coat cast iron pan with cooking oil. Place breaded filets in pan.
