1 # Andouille Sausage, Split side down on grill
1 # Awesome Shrimp – peeled and deveined
3 tbs Mad Dog & Merrill's Certified Organic Sunflower Oil
1 tbs Citrus Twist Premium Seasoning/Rub (Sodium Free)
¾ cup Mayo
1/3 C Cherry De-Lite Mustard
1 Loaf Baguette
1/2 C Sliced Dill Pickles
1 C Leaf Lettuce
1 Large Tomato
1. Split four Andouille Sausages almost through and then place split side down on the grill. Grill about 6-8 minutes.
2. Add the Awesome Shrimp to the grill and sprinkle with the Sunflower Oil and Citrus Twist. Turn the Sausages and continue to grill all for about 10-15 minutes.
3. In a small bowl, mix the Mayo and Cherry Mustard together.
4. Top sliced baguettes with the cherry mustard mix, Andouille, Shrimp, Dill Pickles, Lettuce and Tomatoes.
