1 # Awesome Shrimp, Peeled
1 C Green Pepper Chunks
1 C Red Onion Chunks
1/3 C Mad Dog & Merrill's Certified Organic Sunflower Oil
1/4 C Citrus Twist Premium Seasoning/Rub (Sodium Free)
1/2 C Mad Dog & Merrill Midwest Grill'n Spicy Premium BBQ Sauce
1/4 C Soy Sauce
1/4 C Pineapple Juice
1 Tbs Garlic Pepper Premium Seasoning/Rub (Sodium Free)
1. Make your own shish kabob set! Cut one wooden dowel in half. Wrap each half with foil. Place on grill to set shish kabobs across.
2. Alternate Awesome Shrimp, Peppers and Onions on skewers.
3. Drizzle with Sunflower Oil and Citrus Twist Seasoning. Set skewers over Shish Kabob set. Grill 15 minutes.
4. Mix together BBQ Sauce, Soy Sauce, Pineapple Juice and Garlic Pepper. Baste Shrimp Kabobs with mixture. Grill covered for additional 15 minutes.
