Lemon Lake Trout
1 Lake Trout
6-8 lemon Slices
1 teaspoon of Oil
Squeeze of Lemon
1 teaspoon of Citrus Twist Premium Seasoning/Rub
Get a cedar wood planks ¼ inch thick
Skin one fish and set to the side.
Place 6-8 Lemon slices on top of the cedar wood plank. On top of the lemon slices lay down your skinned fish. Drizzle about a teaspoon of oil on top of the fish. Add a squeeze of lemon over the top. Sprinkle on a teaspoon of Citrus Twist Seasoning.
Grill on medium direct heat for 35 minutes
Lake Trout Mist
1 Cup Apple Juice
Splash of Vodka
1 teaspoon of maple syrup
1 sprig of rosemary
In a spray bottle pour in 1 cup of Apple Juice.
Pour in a splash of vodka.
Add in a teaspoon of maple syrup and then place in 1 sprig of rosemary.
Place the top of the spray bottle on and shake up.
Mist over the top of the Lake Trout.
