Herb Lake Trout
1 Lake Trout
3 stalks Oregano
3 stalks Thyme
3 stalks Parsley
Squeeze of Lime
1 Tablespoon of 80 Proof Grape Copper Gin
Squeeze of lemon.
Get a cedar wood planks ¼ inch thick
Skin one fish and set to the side.
Place Parsley, Oregano, and thyme into a plastic bag.
Add a squeeze of lime and a tablespoon of grape copper gin to the bag.
Let sit over night.
Take herbs out and place on top of the cedar wood plank.
On top of the herbs lay your skinned fish, skin side down.
Add a squeeze of lemon over the top.
Cook on grill in a medium direct heat for 35 minutes
