Ingredients 1 cup Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs 1 tablespoon Grill'n Magic Premium Seasoning 1 tablespoon Pure Italian Premium Seasoning/Rub 2 Chicken Breasts Directions In a large Ziploc bag place 1 cup of Italian Seasoned Bread crumbs. Add a tablespoon of each Grilling magic and Pure Italian Seasoning. Cut up 2 large chicken breasts and place them into the bag. Close off the bag and mix around until all the chicken is coated. Take the chicken out of the bag. Make sure your oil is hot in a cast iron skillet. Use your tongs to place the chicken pieces into the oil. Cook for 8 minutes. Flip every two minutes. Move onto grill and cook on indirect heat. Take off grill and eat with Marinara sauce or barbeque sauce. Ingredients Chicken Breasts 3 sprigs of fresh mint 1 Lime 1 tablespoon of honey Directions Butterfly your chicken breasts. Place a sprig of fresh mint into the center of the chicken. Squeeze some lime into the center, close the chicken up, squeeze more lime on the outside of the chicken. Place into a plastic bag and add honey. Mix up. Marinate over night. Place on grill, butterflied side facing down. Cook till the inside is 160 degrees. Chicken SaladCut up half of a cooked butterflied chicken breast into thin ¼ or ½ inch strips. Ingredients Bone in Skin on Chicken Thighs 3 cups Chicken Stock ¼ cup Apple Juice Squeeze of Lemon 1 teaspoon Worchester sauce 1 Tablespoon Garlic Pepper Premium Seasoning/Rub 8 mini red Habaneros 5 Carrots 20 small Yukon Gold Wisconsin Potatoes 1 onion Directions Par Cook Chicken Thighs In a large cast iron skillet pour in your chicken stock and apple juice. Squeeze one lemon into the skillet. Measure out your Worchester sauce and seasoning, a put them into the skillet as well. Place the chicken thighs into the mixture Flesh Side Down/ Meat side down Place on a good hot heat and boil for 15-20 minutes. Take the chicken and habanero’s out of the skillet. One the chicken reaches 120-140 degrees place onto the grill in a skin side down lower heat to simmer. Peal and slice 5 large carrots. Peal and chop one onion. Add in onions, carrots, and potatoes to the skillet and turn the heat down to low.
