4 - ¼ inch slices grilled bologna (Previous Recipe)
Spicy Apricot Rub
4 slices pineapple
8 slices cheese
1. Cut Bologna into ¼ of an inch-wide pieces. Put it back on the grill.
2. Spread on the Spicy Apricot Rub.
3. On two bologna slices put 2 slices pineapple
4. On two bologna slices put 4 slices cheese
5. Put back onto the grill.
6. Take off grill and put onto a bun.
1/3 cup Apricot Preserves
2 tablespoons Mad Dog & Merrill Midwest Grill'n Spicy Premium BBQ Sauce
1. Take 1/3 cup Apricot Preserves and put it into a container.
2. Mix in 2 tablespoons Spicy Barbeque Sauce.
