1 # Gold and Red Potatoes
Precooked Lamb Steak
1 C Chopped Onions
1/3 C Oil
3 Tbsp Tabasco Sauce
3 Tbsp Worcestershire
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp Lime Juice
2 Tbsp Healthy Harvest Premium Rub
1 C Chopped Celery
1. Place Grill Matt on the grill.
2. Cube Red and Gold Wisconsin Potatoes. Sprinkle generously with cooking oil.
3. Chop precooked lamb steak. Add to potatoes.
4. Add onions, tabasco, Worcestershire, lemon, lime, Healthy Harvest and celery.
5. Mix and grill on the Grill Matt until potatoes are brown and tender.
