Ingredients Wild Rice Manoomin ½ Package Shredded Cabbage 1 C Pineapple Chunks 1/3 Cup Sugar 1/4 C Sunflower Oil 1/2 Lemon, Squeezed 2 Tbs Jarred garlic 2 Tbs Red wine vinegar 2 Tbs soy sauce 1 C Cherry De-Lite Dried Cherry Morsels Directions 1. Cook one package of Wild Rice Manoomin from the Oneida Market according to the package directions. 2. Place Wild Rice Manoomin in a dish. Mix in Shredded Cabbage and Pineapple Chunks. 3. In a small bowl, mix the Sugar, Sunflower Oil, Lemon Juice, Garlic, Red Wine Vinegar and Soy Sauce together. Pour over the Wild Rice Mixture. 4. Mix in Cherry Morsels. 5. Ingredients 1 # Andouille Sausage, Split side down on grill 1 # Awesome Shrimp – peeled and deveined 3 tbs Mad Dog & Merrill's Certified Organic Sunflower Oil 1 tbs Citrus Twist Premium Seasoning/Rub (Sodium Free) ¾ cup Mayo 1/3 C Cherry De-Lite Mustard 1 Loaf Baguette 1/2 C Sliced Dill Pickles 1 C Leaf Lettuce 1 Large Tomato Directions 1. Split four Andouille Sausages almost through and then place split side down on the grill. Grill about 6-8 minutes. 2. Ingredients 6-7 pounds ground hamburger beef 2 cups small Cherry Morsels 9 ounces Cherry Jalapeno Sauce 1 teaspoon Seasonall Premium Seasoning Directions In a large mixing bowl place 6-7 pounds of ground hamburger. Pour in 2 cups of Cherry Morsels and 9 ounces of Cherry Jalapeno Sauce. Sprinkle over the top 1 teaspoon of Season All. Put on gloves and mix the ingredients. Form into patties and place on the grill. Once halfway cooked place the burgers over the onions and peppers (recipe follows) on the grill mat to slow cook.
