Ingredients 24 ounces Black Beans 24 ounces Corn 24 ounces Black Eye Peas 24 ounces Red Beans 4 ounces Cilantro 1 Spanish Onion 1 lb. Cherry De-Lite Dried Cherry Tart Cherries Morsels 1 lb. Blueberry De-Lite Sweet, Tart & Sour Sauce ½ Lemon ½ Lime Blue Chips Directions 1. In a large mixing bowl put in your 2 cans of black beans, 2 cans of corn, 2 cans of black eye peas, 2 cans of red beans, 4 ounces of Cilantro, and 1 cut up Spanish onion. Mix. 2. Empty the bag of cherry morsels and wild dried blue berries into the mixture. Mix 3. Squeeze ½ a lemon and ½ a lime into the salad and mix. 4. Put the sweet and Sour Sauce into the bowl. Mix. 5. Squeeze half of a lemon and half of a limes juice into the bowl. Crush Blue chips up and mix them into the mixture. Ingredients Pork Loin 1 C Cherry De-Lite Cherry Vinaigrette 1 Tbsp Mad Dog & Merrill's Gramma Hazel's Signature Seasoning 1 Tbsp Garlic Pepper Premium Seasoning/Rub 1 Tsp Garlic powder 1 package Mushrooms 1/4 C Oil 2 Tbsp parmesan Directions 1. Marinate pork loin in Cherry De-Lite Cherry Vinaigrette overnight. 2. Season pork loin on both sides with Gramma Hazel's, Garlic Pepper, and Garlic Powder. 3. Brown on each side and then finish using the indirect method of cooking. Grill until the temperature reads 145 degrees on a meat thermometer. 4. Mix mushrooms, oil and parmesan together. Grill until tender. 5. Heat Cherry Horseradish Sauce, Balsamic Vinegar and Brown Sugar. Serve over pork loin. Ingredients 1 Lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts 1 C Cherry De-Lite BBQ Sauce 1 Jar Cherry De-Lite Salsa Provolone Cheese Slices Directions 1. Place chicken breasts on the grill over direct heat. 2. Cook 3-4 minutes per side, brushing with cherry BBQ sauce. 3. Place chicken in a foil pan. 4. Cover with cherry salsa. 5.
