Ingredients 1 Lake Trout 6-8 lemon Slices 1 teaspoon of Oil Squeeze of Lemon 1 teaspoon of Citrus Twist Premium Seasoning/Rub Directions Get a cedar wood planks ¼ inch thick Skin one fish and set to the side. Place 6-8 Lemon slices on top of the cedar wood plank. On top of the lemon slices lay down your skinned fish. Drizzle about a teaspoon of oil on top of the fish. Add a squeeze of lemon over the top. Sprinkle on a teaspoon of Citrus Twist Seasoning. Grill on medium direct heat for 35 minutes Lake Trout MistIngredients 1 Cup Apple Juice Splash of Vodka 1 teaspoon of maple syrup 1 sprig of rosemary Directions In a spray bottle pour in 1 cup of Apple Juice. Pour in a splash of vodka. Add in a teaspoon of maple syrup and then place in 1 sprig of rosemary. Place the top of the spray bottle on and shake up. Mist over the top of the Lake Trout. Salmon Rub Ingredients ½ cup mayo ½ cup guacamole 3 drops Lemon juice Directions In a bowl scoop out a ½ cup of mayo. Put in ½ cup of guacamole. Take lemon juice and put 3 drops into the mixture. Ingredients 3 Brook Trout 1 tablespoon cooking oil 1 Leek 3 stalks of rosemary White Wine Sauce 3 ounces White Wine 1 teaspoon thyme 1 teaspoon garlic pepper Directions 1. Rub a tablespoon of cooking oil onto the cavities and outside of three brook trout. 2. Slice up the leek and place some of the leek into each of the cavities of the fish. 3. Ingredients 2 Brook Trout 2 Teaspoons Cooking Oil ¼ Orange 1 teaspoon Mad Dog & Merrill's Gramma Hazel's Signature Seasoning Orange Sauce 12 oz concentrated orange juice ¼ cup leeks 1 tablespoon soy sauce 2 tablespoons jarred garlic 3 Tablespoons Ginger 1 tablespoon Mad Dog & Merrill's Gramma Hazel's Signature Seasoning Directions 1. Place two butterflied trout on a hickory smoked board. 2. Place 1 teaspoon of cooking oil on each trout. 3. Rub the sunflower oil into both trout. 4. Squeeze ¼ of an orange onto the trout. 5. Put 1 tsp of Gramma Hazel's on the inside of the fish. 6. Turn off grill burner and let the heat radiate into the trout. This Cooks Quickly. 7.
