Ingredients 8 ounces Royal Red Awesome Shrimp 12.6 oz white wine 1 Cup Butter 1 lemon 8 Green Scallions 1 Stalk Oregano 5 Stalks Parsley 2 Stalks Thyme 1 Stalk Basil 32 oz Chicken Broth 13.5 ounce Andouille Sausage 8 ounces Baby Neck Clams 2 pounds Pre Cooked Garlic Butter Sauce Mussels Directions Cook on a ProFire grill. Fire up the jets on the burner pack. Add Royal Red Awesome Shrimp. In the Dutch Oven pour in your White Wine. Place 1 cup of butter. Cut one lemon in half and squeeze the juice from both slices of the lemon into your Dutch Oven. Take 8 Green Scallions and cut them in half. Throw away the green part and cut the white in half again. Add Oregano, Parsley, Thyme, and Basil. Add Chicken Broth and then place the lid on. Place on grill and let boil. Cut up andouille sausage and place into broth. Add Baby Neck Clams to the Dutch Oven. Add Pre Cooked Garlic Butter Sauce Mussels. Mix everything up, place back onto the grill with cap on, and let simmer. Ingredients 1 Lake Trout 3 stalks Oregano 3 stalks Thyme 3 stalks Parsley Squeeze of Lime 1 Tablespoon of 80 Proof Grape Copper Gin Squeeze of lemon. Directions Get a cedar wood planks ¼ inch thick Skin one fish and set to the side. Place Parsley, Oregano, and thyme into a plastic bag. Add a squeeze of lime and a tablespoon of grape copper gin to the bag. Let sit over night. Take herbs out and place on top of the cedar wood plank. On top of the herbs lay your skinned fish, skin side down. Add a squeeze of lemon over the top. Ingredients 1 Lake Trout 6-8 lemon Slices 1 teaspoon of Oil Squeeze of Lemon 1 teaspoon of Citrus Twist Premium Seasoning/Rub Directions Get a cedar wood planks ¼ inch thick Skin one fish and set to the side. Place 6-8 Lemon slices on top of the cedar wood plank. On top of the lemon slices lay down your skinned fish. Drizzle about a teaspoon of oil on top of the fish. Add a squeeze of lemon over the top. Grill on medium direct heat for 35 minutes Lake Trout MistIngredients 1 Cup Apple Juice Splash of Vodka 1 teaspoon of maple syrup 1 sprig of rosemary Directions In a spray bottle pour in 1 cup of Apple Juice. Pour in a splash of vodka. Add in a teaspoon of maple syrup and then place in 1 sprig of rosemary. Place the top of the spray bottle on and shake up. Mist over the top of the Lake Trout. Salmon Rub Ingredients ½ cup mayo ½ cup guacamole 3 drops Lemon juice Directions In a bowl scoop out a ½ cup of mayo. Put in ½ cup of guacamole. Take lemon juice and put 3 drops into the mixture.
