1 C Cherry De-Lite Cherry Vinaigrette
1/4 C Mad Dog & Merrill's Gramma Hazel's Signature Seasoning
1/4 C Garlic Pepper Premium Seasoning/Rub (Sodium Free)
Mad Dog & Merrill's Hickory Signature BBQ Sauce
1. Place Pork Steaks in a zip lock bag with Cherry Vinaigrette, Gramma Hazel's and Garlic Pepper for about two hours.
2. Remove Pork Steaks and cook over direct heat on medium until the pork reaches 135 degrees.
3. Baste with Hickory BBQ Sauce for the last 10 minutes of grilling.
