Ingredients Mushroom Swiss Brats Cheddar Cheese and Spinach Brats Jalapeño brats Mad Dog & Merrill's Da Works Brat 'N Burger Sauce Sauerkraut Mixture Sauerkraut Sweet and Sour Salad Red Cabbage Brown Sugar Directions 1. Place 3 cups of sauerkraut into a bowl. 2. Put 3 Cups Sweet and Sour Salad Red Cabbage 3. Mix in 1/3 Cup of brown sugar. 4. On a cedar plank place half the sauerkraut mixture. 5. Place the 2 Mushroom Swiss brats, 2 Cheddar Cheese and Spinach Brats, and 2 Jalapeño brats on top of the Sauerkraut Mixture. 3. Place the rest of the sauerkraut mixture on top of the brats. 4. Ingredients 1 # Andouille Sausage, Split side down on grill 1 # Awesome Shrimp – peeled and deveined 3 tbs Mad Dog & Merrill's Certified Organic Sunflower Oil 1 tbs Citrus Twist Premium Seasoning/Rub (Sodium Free) ¾ cup Mayo 1/3 C Cherry De-Lite Mustard 1 Loaf Baguette 1/2 C Sliced Dill Pickles 1 C Leaf Lettuce 1 Large Tomato Directions 1. Split four Andouille Sausages almost through and then place split side down on the grill. Grill about 6-8 minutes. 2. Add the Awesome Shrimp to the grill and sprinkle with the Sunflower Oil and Citrus Twist. Turn the Sausages and continue to grill all for about 10-15 minutes. 3. In a small bowl, mix the Mayo and Cherry Mustard together. 4. Top sliced baguettes with the cherry mustard mix, Andouille, Shrimp, Dill Pickles, Lettuce and Tomatoes. Ingredients 1# Wisconsin Red Potatoes 1 cup Cabbage 1 cup Green Pepper 1 cup Celery 1# Andoullie Sausage Turn Often – about 15 minutes 1# Awesome Shrimp, Peeled and Deveined. 1 tbs Grill'n Magic Signature Seasoning 1-2 tbs Lousiana Hot Sauce Directions 1. Place two Grill Mats over the bottom grate of your gas grill. 2. Quarter potatoes and put on mats. Turn often. Let them start to brown. About 15 minutes. 3. Add chopped cabbage, green pepper and celery. Mix well. Cut Andoullie sausage in chunks and add. Turn often. Cook and additional 15 minutes. 4. Ingredients 24 Ounces of Sun Drop Soda 24 Ounces of Water 25 Fresh Bratwursts 24 hotdogs 3 Ounces Parsley 3 Ounces Sage 3 Ounces Rosemary 3 Ounces Thyme Sweet Sauerkraut (recipe follows) 4 Onions 1 Garlic Clove ½ Lime 3 green Peppers 3 Sticks of butter 12 ounces Diet Sun Drop Directions On a cooking foil tray pour 24 ounces of each Sun Drop soda and water Place the tray on the grill Place into the liquid 25 bratwursts and 24 hotdogs. Add 3 ounces each of Parsley, Sage, Rosemary, and Thyme Cut up 1 onion into 8 pieces and spread it around on the spices. Repeat with the garlic. Squeeze the juice out of half of a lime over the top and put the rind in too. Put the hood down. Good High Heat. Par Cook them until they turn white about 20 minutes. Move the bratwursts and hotdogs, and place them onto a carbon fiber grill mat. Remove about half of the herbs you cooked it in. Add the "Sweet Sauerkraut" on top of the brats and hotdogs. (Recipe Follows) Dice up 3 of the onions and 3 green peppers and place on top of the Sauerkraut mixture. Add three sticks of butter to the top of the onions and peppers. Pour out 12 ounces of Diet Sun Drop over the top of the onions and peppers. Cook again until brats and hotdogs are browned up.
