6 Cups Wild Rice
3 Cups Sweet Corn
3 Cups Green beans
3 Cups Zucchini
3 Cups Yellow Squash
1 Ounce Copper Crow Vodka
2 Cups of Mayo
In a large mixing bowl place 6 cups of wild rice.
Add in 3 cups of trimmed green beans.
Cube up 3 cups of zucchini and yellow squash. Plop them into the bowl.
Include 3 cups of sweet corn to the mixture.
Squeeze in the juice of 1 lime and 1 lemon. Then add in maple syrup.
Pour in copper crow Vodka.
Measure out two cups of mayo and mix in with the rest of the mixture.
