Ingredients 6 ½ Pound Bologna ½ cup coffee 1 tablespoon Garlic Pepper Premium Seasoning/Rub 1/3 cup Mad Dog & Merrill's Hickory Premium BBQ Sauce 1 tablespoon Worchester sauce 8-10 big drops hot sauce Directions 1. Slow cook 6 ½ pounds of bologna at 225 degrees, for an hour to an hour and a half. 2. Double brew a half cup of coffee and put it into a mason jar. 3. Add a tablespoon of garlic pepper to the mix. 4. Pour out 1/3 cup of hickory barbeque. 5. Add a single tablespoon of Worchester sauce. 6. Pour about 8-10 drops of hot sauce. 7. Shake up in the mason jar. 8. Ingredients 16 oz Morel Mushrooms 1 lb Asparagus 1 Cup Sliced Onions 2 TBSP Cooking Oil 2 TBSP Garlic ½ of an Orange 3 TBSP Mad Dog & Merrill's Gramma Hazel's Signature Seasoning ¼ Cup of Fresh Dill Directions 1. In a plastic bag put 16 oz of Morel Mushrooms. 2. Place 1 lb of Asparagus over the mushrooms. 3. Put onions on the asparagus. 4. Add 2 tablespoons Cooking Oil. 5. Add two tablespoons of garlic into the bag. 6. Cut an orange into 4. Squeeze two of the fourths into the bag and leave the peel in the bag. 7. Add 2 tablespoons Gramma Hazel's seasoning. 8. Add ¼ cup of finely cut fresh dill. 9. Close the bag and shake. 10. Put Ingredients on a plank and set it onto the grill. Mix all Glaze Ingredients together and Set Aside. Directions 1. On a cutting board take 1 tablespoon of Sunflower Oil and rub it onto both sides on the two tenderloins. 2. Use 1 tablespoon of garlic pepper and sprinkle on top of the tenderloin. 3. Pour 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce on to the tenderloins. 4. Slather 2 tablespoons jarred garlic on both sides of the tenderloins. 5. Get a maple plank, soak it in water and brick, plop the tenderloins on it. 6. Place about 10 apricot slices on top of the tenderloin. 7. Place the tenderloin into the grill. 8. Place Apricot Glaze onto the Pork Tenderloin on the grill.
