2 lbs Ground Hamburger
½ cup of bread crumbs
¼ cup Pure Italian Premium Seasoning/Rub
1 Tablespoon Basil
1 teaspoon ground fennel
1 can of Olives
Grate of Lemon Zest
1 ounce Lambrusco wine
6 Cheese slices
1 Loaf Whole Wheat bread
Squash Paddles (recipe follows)
Place 2 pounds of hamburger into a glass tray.
Put ½ a cup of bread crumbs and sprinkle it over the top of the hamburger. Add Italian seasoning, Basil and ground fennel.
Cut up 1 green pepper and open a can of sliced olives.
Put on two gloves and mix everything in.
Take a grater and run a lemon over it 5-6 times.
Pour in an ounce of Lambrusco wine and mix in with the meat.
Make into 6 patties and place on grill.
Put Marinara Sauce onto the burger.
Place a piece of cheese onto each burger.
Take a loaf of bread and cut 1 inch high pieces.
Add a Burger to each of the bread pieces.
Place a Squash Paddle onto the burger. (recipe follows)
Add another piece of bread to the top.
