Ingredients No Name Steakhouse Burgers 1 C Apple cider vinegar 1/4 C Soy sauce 3 Tbsp Citrus Twist Seasoning 1 C Mad Dog & Merrill's Da Works Brat 'N Burger Sauce Juice of 1/2 Lemon Juice of 1/2 Lime 1 C Brown sugar 1 C Pineapple Juice 1/2 C Cornstarch Mini peppers tops cut off 1/3 C Cooking Oil Pineapple slices Buns Directions 1. Grill No Name Steakhouse Burgers to your desired doneness. 2. Mix together the apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, 2 Tbsp citrus twist, Da Works, lemon and lime juice and brown sugar in a cast iron skillet. Grill until hot and bubbly. Mix pineapple juice and cornstarch together. Slowly add to the sauce and mix and stir as it thickens. 3. In a plastic bag, mix the mini peppers, cooking oil and citrus twist. Place directly on the grill and cook until soft. 4. Grill pineapple just long enough to sear. 5. Assemble burgers, pineapple, peppers and sauce on a bun. Place hamburger, red onions and cubed pork into a cast iron skillet. 2. Cook and stir until hamburger is cooked through. 3. Drain the hamburger grease. 4. Ingredients 1 lb. ground beef 1 lb. ground pork 2 teaspoons Garlic Pepper Premium Seasoning/Rub 2 teaspoons Seasonall Premium Seasoning 2 Tomato’s ¼ cup of Mad Dog & Merrill's #One Premium BBQ Sauce ¼ cup brown sugar 1 teaspoon Worchester Sauce 12 ounces Tomato sauce Buns Shredded Cheese Sour Cream Jalapenos Grilled Onions (recipe follows) Grilled Peppers (recipe follows) Directions In an Iron skillet place hamburger and pork. Sprinkle with Garlic Pepper and Seasonall. Knead the seasons into the meat. Add another teaspoon of both Garlic Pepper and Season All to the meat and knead it. Push the meat down to the skillet and place on grill. Cook thoroughly. Take off the grill and add diced tomatoes to the meat. Add barbeque sauce and mix. Sprinkle brown sugar over the top. Add Worchester Sauce and stir again. Stir in Tomato sauce and place skillet back onto grill until warmed through. Place a scoop of sloppy joe onto each of the buns. Add 2-3 cooked peppers and 2-3 cooked onions. Add ¼ cup shredded cheese to the top, two scoops of sour cream, and 8 jalapenos. Ingredients Cooked Chicken Breasts, Cooked Pork, Pork Candy Zucchini boats, Bacon Wrapped Zucchini, Parmesan Cheese Zucchinis, Pizza Zucchini Rice, Rice Mixture Olives, Green peppers, Jalapenos, Dill pickles, Onions 1 lb. of Sweet and Sour Meatballs 4 Hamburger 6 ounce block of cheese 1 cup/ two sticks butter 46 ounces tomato juice Directions Get out a cooking pot that can fit about 4 quartz. Shred cooked chicken breasts, cooked pork and pork candy, and add it to the pot. Take a Zucchini boat, bacon wrapped Zucchini, parmesan Zucchini wedges and pizza Zucchini and cut them into pieces and add them to the pot. In a separate bowl mix together: Brown rice, jalapenos, salsa, black olives, parmesan cheese, and baked Beans. Put this rice mixture into the pot. Add sweet and sour meatballs to the pot. Take 4 hamburgers and cook them with jalapenos, dill pickles, and onions. Cut up the hamburgers into ½ inch slices and put it into the pot. Take 6 ounces of cheese and shove it into the middle of the food. Open two sticks of butter or take 1 cup and put it into the pot. Pour 46 ounces of tomato juice into it. Ingredients Large Skirt Steak – 4 minutes per side 1/4 C Cooking oil 1 Tbsp Mad Dog & Merrill's Gramma Hazel's Signature Seasoning 1 pkg Taco Seasoning 2 tsp Chili powder 3 C sliced onions and peppers 1 tsp Garlic Pepper Premium Seasoning/Rub Juice of 1/2 Lime juice on veggies Tortillas Salsa Directions 1. Drizzle flank steak with cooking oil. Sprinkle with Gramma Hazel's, 1/2 packet of taco seasoning and chili powder on both sides. Grill over direct heat four minutes per side. Let sit 5 minutes, then slice thin. 2. Drizzle onions and peppers with cooking oil. Add the remaining taco seasoning, garlic pepper and lime juice. Grill until tender. 3. Warm tortillas on grill.
