8 ounces Royal Red Awesome Shrimp
12.6 oz white wine
1 Cup Butter
8 Green Scallions
1 Stalk Oregano
5 Stalks Parsley
2 Stalks Thyme
1 Stalk Basil
32 oz Chicken Broth
13.5 ounce Andouille Sausage
8 ounces Baby Neck Clams
2 pounds Pre Cooked Garlic Butter Sauce Mussels
Cook on a ProFire grill. Fire up the jets on the burner pack.
Add Royal Red Awesome Shrimp.
In the Dutch Oven pour in your White Wine.
Place 1 cup of butter.
Cut one lemon in half and squeeze the juice from both slices of the lemon into your Dutch Oven.
Take 8 Green Scallions and cut them in half. Throw away the green part and cut the white in half again. Add Oregano, Parsley, Thyme, and Basil.
Add Chicken Broth and then place the lid on.
Place on grill and let boil.
Cut up andouille sausage and place into broth.
Add Baby Neck Clams to the Dutch Oven.
Add Pre Cooked Garlic Butter Sauce Mussels.
Mix everything up, place back onto the grill with cap on, and let simmer.
