Ingredients

2 C Sliced Onions
6 Hewitt's Beer Brats
1 Tbsp Hot Sauce
1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 Tbsp Healthy Harvest
2 C Beef Broth
1 Bottle Beer
1 Stick Butter
1 Pkg French Onion Dip Mix

Directions

Layer ingredients in Cast Iron Skillet
Place on grill.
Simmer 30 Minutes

1 C each Red and Yellow Pepper Chunks
Stick of Butter
1 bottle Sun Drop Soda

Directions

Layer ingredients in Cast Iron Skillet
Put on the MHP Grill

Smothered Italian Sausage

Ingredients

2 Red Onions
1 Green Pepper
10 Garlic Cloves
¼ cup Pure Italian Premium Seasoning/Rub
2-4 dribbles Worchester Sauce
3-6 dribbles Hot Sauce
1/8 cup Fennel Seasoning
1/8 cup Oil
12 Four Cheese Italian Sausages
16 ounces Mushrooms
12 ounces Jarred Roasted Red Peppers
12 ounces Anaheim peppers
12 ounces sliced black olives
2 cups cheese
8 ounces mozzarella
Artisan Hearth Hogi buns

Directions

Cut your red onions and pepper into hoops.
In a glass tray place in your garlic cloves, onions, and peppers.
Sprinkle onto the top your Italian seasoning.
Dribble on your Worchester and hot sauce.
Dump on your fennel seasoning
Pour in your oil.
Mix the ingredients together.
Place onto grill matt.
Place your sausages on the grill Medium direct heat 25-35 minutes
Now that the Sausage has browned up, move onto the onions and peppers.
Place sliced mushrooms, jarred roasted red peppers, slices Anaheim peppers, and black olives on top of the sausage.
Drizzle the Sauce (recipe follows) over the top.
Sprinkle on a cup of Grated Cheese
Cut your mozzarella and place over the top.
Sprinkle on another cup of grated cheese
Take off grill and place onto bun.

Beer Brat Brine

Ingredients

Beer Brat Mixture (recipe here)
9 brats
½ red onion
½ cup sauerkraut
½ a green pepper
Garlic Pepper Premium Seasoning/Rub
½ stick butter
Mad Dog & Merrill's Da Works Brat 'N Burger Sauce

Directions

Take the tray of beer brat mixture from the grill.
Cut up ½ of a red onion and put the parts into the tray.
Add ½ a cup of sauerkraut.
Cut up ½ of a green pepper and put it into the tray.
Take the 9 reverse seared brats and put them into the tray.
Sprinkle garlic pepper across the brats.
Add 1 stick or ½ a cup of butter into the pan.
Cover the tray with tinfoil.
Simmer on the grill for 30 minutes.
Take hot brats out and put onto a hot dog bun.
Put da works on top.

Cast Iron Grilled Hot Dogs

Ingredients

6-8 grilled hot dogs
24 ounces baked beans
¼ cup Mad Dog & Merrill's #One Premium BBQ Sauce
Splash hot sauce
1 Teaspoon vinegar
¼ cup Onions
¼ Peppers
Bacon bits
1/3 cup brown sugar

Directions

In a cast iron pan put 6-8 already grilled hot dogs on the bottom.
Add 24 ounces of baked beans
Put ¼ of a cup of #1 Barbeque sauce
Splash some hot sauce on top.
Add a teaspoon of vinegar
Add ¼ cup of diced onions and peppers
Add ½ a cup of bacon bits.
Measure out 1/3 cup of brown sugar.
Mix together and then cook on the grill.
Put onto a hot dog bun.
