Ingredients Large Squash 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup 1 Cup Pinto Beans 1 Cup Red Beans 1 Cup Dehydrated Corn 1 Onion 1 Pepper ½ pound cheese Directions Grill squash for an hour and a half, high heat, in water. Scoop the inside of the squash into a large mixing bowl. Mash the squash in with a tablespoon of Maple syrup. Remove the squash from the bowl and ladle it into a cast iron skillet. Push down the mashed squash around the entire bottom of the skillet. Place Pinto beans and red beans evenly around the entire surface. Cook dehydrated corn, simmer on low heat until tender. Place your dehydrated corn over the beans. Cut up your onion and pepper into rings, place onto stove and sauté them. Place your onions and peppers over the top of your dehydrated corn. Drizzle maple syrup over the top of your onions and peppers in the skillet. Over the top of all the ingredients sprinkle your shredded up cheese. Place on grill. Ingredients ½ Cup Butter 2 cups Tomatoes 3 Tablespoons of Jarred Garlic 1 ½ pints Heavy Whipping Cream ½ a Lime ½ a Lemon Drizzle of Hot Sauce Drizzle of Soy Sauce 4 ounces of whole Green Olives 4 stalks of Basil 4 stalks of Oregano 1/4 cup of 80 Proof Copper Crow Gin 4 White Fish Directions In a large cast iron skillet place ½ a cup of butter. Chop up 2 cups of tomatoes and place them into the skillet. Drop in 3 tablespoons of jarred garlic. Add 1 pint of heavy whipping cream. Cut both a lemon and a lime into 4 pieces. Use ½ or two ¼ pieces and squeeze in the juice of both of them into the skillet. Then place the remaining peels into the skillet. Drizzle both soy sauce and hot sauce over the top of the ingredients. Pour in another ½ pint of heavy whipping cream. Pour in 4 ounces of green olives along with the juice from the jar. Mix around lightly. Add 4 stalks of both basil and oregano to the mixture. Pour in 1/4 cup of Copper Crow Gin. Place 4 white fish into the skillet. Mix all Glaze Ingredients together and Set Aside. Directions 1. On a cutting board take 1 tablespoon of Sunflower Oil and rub it onto both sides on the two tenderloins. 2. Use 1 tablespoon of garlic pepper and sprinkle on top of the tenderloin. 3. Pour 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce on to the tenderloins. 4. Slather 2 tablespoons jarred garlic on both sides of the tenderloins. 5. Get a maple plank, soak it in water and brick, plop the tenderloins on it. 6. Place about 10 apricot slices on top of the tenderloin. 7. Place the tenderloin into the grill. 8. Place Apricot Glaze onto the Pork Tenderloin on the grill.
