Ingredients 1# Wisconsin Red Potatoes 1 cup Cabbage 1 cup Green Pepper 1 cup Celery 1# Andoullie Sausage Turn Often – about 15 minutes 1# Awesome Shrimp, Peeled and Deveined. 1 tbs Grill'n Magic Signature Seasoning 1-2 tbs Lousiana Hot Sauce Directions 1. Place two Grill Mats over the bottom grate of your gas grill. 2. Quarter potatoes and put on mats. Turn often. Let them start to brown. About 15 minutes. 3. Add chopped cabbage, green pepper and celery. Mix well. Cut Andoullie sausage in chunks and add. Turn often. Cook and additional 15 minutes. 4. Ingredients 3 C Water 3 C rice 3 C cut up sausages 1 Tbsp Creole Seasoning 1 tsp Hot Sauce 1 tsp Cumin 1 sprig each Fresh Oregano and Thyme 3 C red beans 1 C each chopped celery, peppers and onions 3 C Awesome Shrimp 3 C Little Smokies 1/4 C Lemon juice 1/4 C Oil 1 Tbsp Garlic 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce 1 Tbsp Tabasco 2 Tbsp Mad Dog & Merrill's Gramma Hazel's Signature Seasoning Directions Mix in big pot: water, rice, sausages, Creole seasoning, hot sauce, cumin, oregano and thyme. Put on grill. Let simmer until rice is tender. Mix together beans, celery, peppers, onions, shrimp, little smokies, lemon juice, oil, garlic, Worcestershire, Tabasco and Gramma Hazel's. Place on Grill mat. Sautee until vegetables are tender. Mix rice and beans together. Ingredients 8 ounces Royal Red Awesome Shrimp 12.6 oz white wine 1 Cup Butter 1 lemon 8 Green Scallions 1 Stalk Oregano 5 Stalks Parsley 2 Stalks Thyme 1 Stalk Basil 32 oz Chicken Broth 13.5 ounce Andouille Sausage 8 ounces Baby Neck Clams 2 pounds Pre Cooked Garlic Butter Sauce Mussels Directions Cook on a ProFire grill. Fire up the jets on the burner pack. Add Royal Red Awesome Shrimp. In the Dutch Oven pour in your White Wine. Place 1 cup of butter. Cut one lemon in half and squeeze the juice from both slices of the lemon into your Dutch Oven. Take 8 Green Scallions and cut them in half. Throw away the green part and cut the white in half again. Add Oregano, Parsley, Thyme, and Basil. Add Chicken Broth and then place the lid on. Place on grill and let boil. Cut up andouille sausage and place into broth. Add Baby Neck Clams to the Dutch Oven. Add Pre Cooked Garlic Butter Sauce Mussels. Mix everything up, place back onto the grill with cap on, and let simmer.
