1 # Boneless Pork Ribs
1 Recipe Coffee Rub
1/4 cup fresh ground coffee
1/4 brown sugar
1/4 cup garlic powder
1/4 cup onion powder
1/4 cup of kosher salt
1/8 cup chili powder
1/8 cup white pepper
1/8 cup of black pepper
1. Make Coffee Rub. Mix all the ingredients together and store in a plastic container. This rub is especially great on steaks, prime rib, and beef brisket.
2. Coat Boneless Pork Ribs in Coffee Rub.
3. Grill covered over direct heat until the internal temperature reaches about 150 degrees.
