Ingredients 6-7 pounds ground hamburger beef 2 cups small Cherry Morsels 9 ounces Cherry Jalapeno Sauce 1 teaspoon Seasonall Premium Seasoning Directions In a large mixing bowl place 6-7 pounds of ground hamburger. Pour in 2 cups of Cherry Morsels and 9 ounces of Cherry Jalapeno Sauce. Sprinkle over the top 1 teaspoon of Season All. Put on gloves and mix the ingredients. Form into patties and place on the grill. Once halfway cooked place the burgers over the onions and peppers (recipe follows) on the grill mat to slow cook. Ingredients 8 ounces Royal Red Awesome Shrimp 12.6 oz white wine 1 Cup Butter 1 lemon 8 Green Scallions 1 Stalk Oregano 5 Stalks Parsley 2 Stalks Thyme 1 Stalk Basil 32 oz Chicken Broth 13.5 ounce Andouille Sausage 8 ounces Baby Neck Clams 2 pounds Pre Cooked Garlic Butter Sauce Mussels Directions Cook on a ProFire grill. Fire up the jets on the burner pack. Add Royal Red Awesome Shrimp. In the Dutch Oven pour in your White Wine. Place 1 cup of butter. Cut one lemon in half and squeeze the juice from both slices of the lemon into your Dutch Oven. Take 8 Green Scallions and cut them in half. Throw away the green part and cut the white in half again. Add Oregano, Parsley, Thyme, and Basil. Add Chicken Broth and then place the lid on. Place on grill and let boil. Cut up andouille sausage and place into broth. Add Baby Neck Clams to the Dutch Oven. Add Pre Cooked Garlic Butter Sauce Mussels. Mix everything up, place back onto the grill with cap on, and let simmer. Ingredients 2 lbs Ground Hamburger ½ cup of bread crumbs ¼ cup Pure Italian Premium Seasoning/Rub 1 Tablespoon Basil 1 teaspoon ground fennel 1 Pepper 1 can of Olives Grate of Lemon Zest 1 ounce Lambrusco wine 6 Cheese slices 1 Loaf Whole Wheat bread Squash Paddles (recipe follows) Directions Place 2 pounds of hamburger into a glass tray. Put ½ a cup of bread crumbs and sprinkle it over the top of the hamburger. Add Italian seasoning, Basil and ground fennel. Cut up 1 green pepper and open a can of sliced olives. Put on two gloves and mix everything in. Take a grater and run a lemon over it 5-6 times. Pour in an ounce of Lambrusco wine and mix in with the meat. Make into 6 patties and place on grill. Put Marinara Sauce onto the burger. Place a piece of cheese onto each burger. Take a loaf of bread and cut 1 inch high pieces. Add a Burger to each of the bread pieces. Place a Squash Paddle onto the burger. (recipe follows) Add another piece of bread to the top. Ingredients ½ Cup Butter 2 cups Tomatoes 3 Tablespoons of Jarred Garlic 1 ½ pints Heavy Whipping Cream ½ a Lime ½ a Lemon Drizzle of Hot Sauce Drizzle of Soy Sauce 4 ounces of whole Green Olives 4 stalks of Basil 4 stalks of Oregano 1/4 cup of 80 Proof Copper Crow Gin 4 White Fish Directions In a large cast iron skillet place ½ a cup of butter. Chop up 2 cups of tomatoes and place them into the skillet. Drop in 3 tablespoons of jarred garlic. Add 1 pint of heavy whipping cream. Cut both a lemon and a lime into 4 pieces. Use ½ or two ¼ pieces and squeeze in the juice of both of them into the skillet. Then place the remaining peels into the skillet. Drizzle both soy sauce and hot sauce over the top of the ingredients. Pour in another ½ pint of heavy whipping cream. Pour in 4 ounces of green olives along with the juice from the jar. Mix around lightly. Add 4 stalks of both basil and oregano to the mixture. Pour in 1/4 cup of Copper Crow Gin. Place 4 white fish into the skillet.
