Ingredients

- 1 tsp each of garlic powder, oregano, pepper, paprika, salt
- 2 tsp each of cinnamon & sugar
- 3 tsp olive oil
- pork roast
Directions

Coat roast with olive oil. Mix dry ingredients together and rub on roast. Grill over indirect heat - with a medium heat (150-155 degrees) for 18-20 mnts per pound - roast is done when juices run clear or internal temp reads 150 degrees! For a four pound roast, average cooking time will be 1 1/4 hours - 1 1/2 hours.
Nice served with grilled parmesan potatoes and we like to wash it down with a Summit Pale Ale or a Samuel Adams Original Lager. Happy Grilling!
